The building is located in Vatra Dornei, a very beutiful mountain resort. It is a place well known by Romanians and foreigners as a very quiet, picturesque, genuine place to spend a summer vacation or to go skiing in the winter.     The building has 3 floors. The ground floor is occupied by a beautiful, traditional looking restaurant, already famous for its beautiful decor and delicious food. The terrace faces the main road that connects Transylvania and Moldavia, close to the legendary Dracula's castle. It has a very good exposure both for locals as well as for tourists coming from all over the country or from abroad.     The upper 2 floors have single or double rooms for lodging, being able to host up to 40 people at a time.
